The Project is made up of incredible teams who want to serve Jesus and each other through their time, gifts and energy to make church happen. We encourage everyone that calls The Project their home to volunteer in at least one area to grow in their relationship with Jesus and find community with other people.
We’re not looking for tasks to be done. We want to help you and your friends find a role that suits your skills and passions with one goal in mind—to have 1% of young adults in Edmonton make a decision to follow Jesus and call The Project home. So grab some friends and volunteer together.

Production
This team works behind the scenes to create an engaging experience for our guests. If you want to learn the ropes of media, lighting, camera operating, and/or audio mixing, this is the team for you. No previous experience required and on-site training is provided.
creative team
We want to give you the space to create and capture moments at The Project. If you have any experience or want to learn more about photography and videography, this is the role for you!
connect booth
Great fit for those who want the unique experience of interacting with both in-person and online guests. They host our church online platform and are the main point of contact for any new or returning guests.
hosting
This is the first and last team of people that guests will interact with as they walk through our church doors. Hosts are responsible for making each guest feel welcomed and seen while ushering them to their seat and answering any questions they may have.
security
Ensure guests feel safe and welcomed by patrolling property, inspecting equipment & entrances, and responding to alarms and emergencies.
Worship
If you’re a vocalist or instrumentalist that’s passionate about using your talents in a worship setting, this team is for you!
cafe
Ever wanted to learn what it's like to be a barista? Join this team to get hands-on experience in creating specialty drinks and practicing your latte art, while providing a welcoming space for our guests.
Once you fill out an application, In a few days, one of our team members will contact you to set up training dates in your serving area of choice.
